St. George Middle Eastern Food Festival Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at St. George's Middle Eastern Festival. Please use this form to apply and remit payment for the vendor space.

All applications should be submitted ASAP. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. If you have any questions, please call Aniseh Rizqallah at (616) 540-8305.

Vendor Regulations


Please note the following vendor regulations to ensure a successful event for everyone:

1. Festival Time: Sunday, September 1st from 12:00 pm (noon) - 11 pm

2. All Vendor proceeds are for the sole benefit of the Vendor. The Vendor is responsible for collecting and reporting State Sales Tax. Each vendor is responsible for their own liability insurance.

3. This is an indoor / outdoor festival. All vendor spaces will be outdoors, and the Festival will take place rain or shine.

4. Set-up / Tear Down – All Vendors must check-in and be on site by 11:30 am. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All set-up must be concluded by noon. Each vendor is responsible for the set-up and dismantling of their space. Please leave your vendor space clean and free of trash. All vendors are encouraged to stay for the duration of the Festival. Breakdown of vendor space is not permitted before 9 pm.

5. All vendor vehicles must be parked “off-site” during the festival to alleviate traffic congestion.

6. One tent per space will be provided. The space provided is 12' x 12'.

7. No pets are permitted in the vendor area.

Price: $100.00



An accepted application constitutes commitment to the festival. No refunds will be given for any reason. By signing above, I attest that I have read and understood the attached event regulations and agree to abide by and be bound. The person or entity herby agrees that they shall indemnify and hold harmless St. George Church and the Catholic Diocese of Newton against any liability for all claims of damage to property or persons arising out of or in any manner connected with the Middle Eastern Food Festival Event, whether any such liability claims, and demands result from the act, omission, negligence or other fault on the part of any and all entities in any way related to the Middle Eastern Food Festival event, its agents, employees, volunteers and representatives.
