VENDOR APPLICATION
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the St. George Middle Eastern Food Festival. Please use this form to apply and remit payment for the vendor space.
All applications should be submitted ASAP. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. If you have any questions, please call Jane Tannous at 530-220-2742 or jane_tannous@hotmail.com.
Please note the following vendor regulations to ensure a successful event for everyone:
1. Festival Time: Saturday and Sunday, September 5th and 6th from 12:00 pm (noon) - 10 pm on Saturday and 12:00 pm (noon) - 8 pm on Sunday. This is a two-day event and the vendor must commit to both days.
2. All Vendor proceeds are for the sole benefit of the Vendor. The Vendor is responsible for collecting and reporting State Sales Tax. Each vendor is responsible for their own liability insurance.
3. This is an indoor / outdoor festival. All vendor spaces will be outdoors, and the Festival will take place rain or shine.
4. Set-up / Tear Down – All Vendors must check-in and be on site by 11:30 am. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All set-up must be concluded by noon. Each vendor is responsible for the set-up and dismantling of their space. Please leave your vendor space clean and free of trash. All vendors are encouraged to stay for the duration of the Festival. Breakdown of vendor space is not permitted before 9 pm on Saturday or 6 pm on Sunday.
5. All vendor vehicles must be parked “off-site” during the festival to alleviate traffic congestion.
6. One tent per space will be provided. The space provided is 12' x 12'.
7. No pets are permitted in the vendor area.
